• Assisting the bride and groom and their guests throughout the planning process & during the "wedding week"
• Planning the destination wedding including: booking your wedding date at your resort, coordinating with the resort wedding planner, assisting in all arrangements pertaining to your destination wedding from flower and photography choices, menu selection, ceremony and reception locations, etc, etc, etc!
• Custom built wedding website, e-invites & e-updates for wedding members & guests (see e-invite sample)
• Arranging group quotes custom to the bride & groom's request
• Arranging all travel arrangements for the bride & groom and their group
• Additional events/excursions that the bride & groom may want (ex: private dinners,  group tours, spa days, golfing trip, and other fun excursions!)
• Attending your destination wedding* (available as an add on option)

Each couple like each wedding is different. Each of the services our Wedding Butlers can provide are designed to suit the needs of those couples.  Some brides and grooms may want the full Wedding Butler services, whereas other couples may prefer to keep the some of the planning to themselves. 
We'd love to meet with couples who are interested in a destination wedding so we can explain all the options of our services.

Our services are not only limited to including travel arrangements for brides and grooms and their guests, but also all wedding details including wedding rehearsals, photo sessions, ceremonies, receptions, videographers, and endless wedding day options. We can provide plenty of assistance in flower choices, menu options, color selection, musical suggestions and more! 

Besides just that, we provide lots of fun for the group. We can arrange private lunches, spa parties or snorkeling trips (and much more!). We can also prepare group excursions to popular tourist attractions and other exciting activities like golf tournaments and party catamaran trips.
