We had our wedding in Cabo at the Breathless Resort. Ryan was beyond helpful! I would recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding! We had about 80 people attend and he did all of their arrangements/transfers. We even had such a large group arrive one day that a large charter bus was used and once they got to the resort they did a big private welcome party for our guests. Ryan was available when I had questions and also helped me with the hotel wedding planner when I wasn't sure. Every single one of our guests had only great things to say about the planning experience as well it was so seamless with the website (which was amazing) and setting up with Ryan. Although this is a quick testimonial Wedding Butlers are the way to go!

Wedding Butlers planned our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Debbie and Ryan worked with us the whole way and made exceptional recommendations (many of which we used). They really know the ins and outs of the resorts and locations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a destination wedding. Wow! We had a fabulous time!!!! The resort was beautiful, the food was delicious and the butlers were super sweet. Our wedding day was stress free. We got up that morning had breakfast on our patio and then I headed to the spa. The wedding lasted about 20 minutes and we took pictures for quite a while. Ryan and Deborah of Wedding Butlers made our wedding memorable and stress free! They took care of everything from wedding invitations to travel and accommodations and every single detail of wedding planning. We see ourselves as very lucky to have had such wonderful and professional people to help us plan our special day. They answered every question we had and were always available to speak to. These two are very talented and knowledgeable about the wedding industry and especially the destination industry. From the moment we arrived at the resort until the day after the wedding when Ryan left, he always made sure we were comfortable and that everything was running smooth. The day of the wedding was a breeze because he was there every step of the way. Ensured all decorations were there and that chair covers were properly placed. He made sure all bridal party clothing was steamed and delivered to the correct rooms. We could go on forever with all the positive experiences we had with the Wedding Butlers, but we are sure they know exactly how we feel :) We HIGHLY recommend them and would use them over and over if we could! We used the Wedding Butlers for our wedding in Cancun in March. I have nothing but good things to say about Ryan and Deborah. They were extremely professional and helpful. Ryan talked me through every step of the planning. As we did have a limited budget we chose not to have Ryan join us in Cancun but he still spoke to the resort many times and had everything prepared for our approval when arrived there. We had a few "glitches" at the resort but it was the resort's fault and had nothing to do with the Wedding Butlers. Ryan was in contact with me as soon as he got wind of a problem. Wedding Butlers was one of the best choices we made in planning our wedding! From the moment I contacted them to inquire their services they were extremely friendly and very prompt in responding. Once we decided to hire Ryan he went above and beyond for us, meeting with us whenever needed and daily emails (there were a LOT of emails!) I always felt like Ryan had everything under control and therefore was stress free. If Ryan was unavailable Deborah took very good care of us helping with anything we needed. When we arrived at our destination Ryan had everything organized and all I had to do was show up! Absolutely everything down to the tiniest details went exactly how we planned. Lexi, and the team at Wedding Butlers were amazing! Our wedding was absolutely everything we wanted it to be, and more; and our time spent in Punta Cana was unbelievable. Lexi went above and beyond in helping us plan the trip, the big day, and even a catamaran cruise excursion for us to enjoy with our guests (which was a blast!!). She was easy to talk to, patient with all of our questions, provided great perspective, and took all of our group's hiccups in stride. Our guests all had an amazing time as well. Ryan with Wedding Butlers was an absolute pleasure to work with. He handled absolutely everything detail for me. With a broad explanation of what we wanted, we gave him creative freedom to plan everything. He put together the most gorgeous and elegant white wedding that exceeded every one of our expectations. We highly recommend bringing him along on the trip. We didn't even have to get out of the pool, he handled absolutely everything and all the planning while there.
