This is Casey. She's a big part of Wedding Butlers.

She's our behind the scene support, whether it be during client calls or creating wedding websites, planning your big day, arranging travel reservations, preparing invoices or sending travel documents she is always next to us (or stealing our chair).

She's an international traveler too! She's lived in Mexico! She's been to several resorts and all inclusives so she can recommend the best dog friendly ones! She's even been in a destination wedding herself as the ring dog and totally stole the show (apologies to her auntie Pannie). With her extensive past staying at amazing resorts and a former destination wedding PAW-ty member she is your go-to for advise on how to walk down the aisle and deliver the rings.

Casey's a huge part of our life and business! We know how much pet family members mean to our clients and clients to be. We are fortunate to now have several resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean who feel the same about our furry family members and can't wait to welcome and spoil them!

To date, Casey has been on 17 international flights and all have been smooth sailing. The process may seem overwhelming to bring your dog with you -- but rest assured it's EASY PEASY! ​

We like to keep things simple! Let's face it - there's already way too many complicated things in life: Starbucks coffee orders, choosing which gym to get a membership at, potty training kids! But this doesn't need to be as complicated as a 2008 Facebook relationship status!

We create a complimentary evite for all of our couples. 
Our wedding couples provide us with their guests' email address, that we input into our mailing system. From there we send each guest the evite. 
This is an awesome system - we are able to monitor it and see if and when guests open and click the evite. We can also see who hasn't opened it so we can re-send it or advise the wedding couple that a guest of theirs hasn't opened the evite.

We create a complimentary wedding website for all of our couples.
The website contains all the need to know information about the couples' wedding - hotel amenities, accommodation options, flight info, costs, payment due dates, how to pay, how to contact us, and a booking form.
The booking form is super easy to use, simply fill out all the required fields with your information and click "book".
After submitting your booking form you'll receive an email with your confirmation and invoice from us within 2 business days - but typically get this to you the same day you book!

​If you aren't following us on Pinterest, you should be! It's a necessary tool for finding wedding inspiration! Our boards and pins are specifically geared for the resorts and venues we work with so they're filled with what has been done, what can be done and some pretty awesome ideas that you will want to consider!
​One of the challenging things of having a destination wedding is that you may not be aware of what your options are and some of the resources are limited. But, that's where we come in! We've been to these places! We've planned countless events here! We've had our own weddings on these same beaches and resorts! E-vites & Newsletters:
​People are attached to their phones, emails, social networks... so put the information where the people are!  While sending out paper invitations may be the formal and traditional way, it's not necessarily as practical when it comes to planning a destination wedding.
​In most cases the quote you receive for your destination wedding is only valid for a certain length of time.  In that time frame you and your guests will need to put down a deposit to confirm their reservation.  Having a time constraint can make things tricky when waiting on Mr Postman.  You will want to give everyone the info as soon as you can to allow them ample time to make their reservation.  Plus the way we create your beautifully designed e-vite guests can click to get to your wedding website instantly!
​Our mailing system is pretty sophisticated. It allows us to see who has opened or not opened your e-vite! We use this same tool to send out some helpful reminders to your group like "your balance is due" or "packing tips for your big trip!" even "check out these local tours".  Don't worry, we'll only send a few and at your permission -- we promise not to bug your guests!
