2. We build you a customized evite - a digital invitation that is sent to all of your guests' email addresses.

The evite is directly linked to your wedding website - at the click of a mouse your guests will be sent right to your wedding website housing all your wedding details including your travel plans and the easiest, quickest booking form for your guests to book their reservation to attend your destination wedding.

The wedding website contains all the need-to-know information for your guests to learn about your wedding plans.

Detailed information about the resort and it's amenities, entertainment, pools, restaurants and bars, spa and fitness, photos and videos and much more!

Details regarding your weddings plans, if you wish to include them, such as wedding registry, dress code, wedding events, dates and time, etc.

And most importantly, all the room categories and travel costs and payment due dates along with the reservation terms and conditions, cancellation policy and how to make payments.

They're great for holiday parties, catching up with friends and family, even NYE parties! In my opinion these are the perfect cocktail to sip while gift wrapping, baking holiday treats, and creating clever Elf on the Shelf magic!

I'm not sure about you, but margaritas always make me feel like I'm on a exotic beach with my toes in the sand.  Here's my tip: crank up the thermostat or fireplace (or tune your TV to the fire show) and put on some tropical beach music while making these and really feel the margarita take effect! 

INGREDIENTS

• coarse salt for the rim
• 2 ounces Grand Marnier
• 1 1/2 ounces Tequila
• 2 ounces white cranberry juice
• 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• lime for garnish
• fresh cranberries for garnish
• rosemary for garnish

SIMPLE SYRUP

• ½ cup water
• ½ cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rim each glass with a lime wedge and dip in the coarse salt. Fill each glass with ice.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add the Grand Marnier, Tequila, cranberry juice, lime juice and syrup and shake for 30 to 60 seconds. pour over the ice. Garnish with extra limes and fresh cranberries! Throw in a sprig of rosemary if you wish.

SIMPLE SYRUP

1. Stir together the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and bring the mixture to a simmer. Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Xcaret, pronouced SHH-car-et, is a Mayan word meaning "small inlet".  Many tourists and visitors to the Cancun area know it as the BEST ATTRACTION to visit on vacation in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos and anywhere along the Riviera Maya. 

Xcaret is a water, theme, amusement, eco-archaeological park and more, in one place. Due to its privileged location in the Mayan jungle among underground rivers, cenotes and facing the Caribbean Sea, Xcaret has impressive scenarios where you can do different activities and enjoy to the fullest those scenarios. Besides that, Xcaret is a park that celebrates Mexico’s present and rich past, a country known for its traditions, culture and folklore.

Xcaret opened in 1990 and since has become a landmark of Cancun and Riviera Maya, even considered my many, as THE destination of this region above the aforementioned. Its name means “small inlet” due to the fact that a portion of the Caribbean Sea enters the land. Because of this, the Mayans used Xcaret, know back then as Pole, as a merchandise port.

Have fun in water activities that will take you to mystical places in the territories of Chaac, the Mayan god of water. Enjoy underground rivers, a beach area, a lagoon, and natural pools of seawater. For the little ones, there is a special area, Children’s World, where they can swim in shallow cenotes and wading pools designed for them.

In the park you can visit the Coral Reef Aquarium and the sea turtle center. Learn more about regional flora and fauna at the Butterfly Garden, the Aviary, the Rainforest Trail, and the Living Orchid and Bromeliad Museum. Additionally, in different sections of the park you will see jaguars, manatees, flamingos, spider monkeys and saraguato, bats, deer, and tapirs.

Xcaret’s Butterfly Pavilion is the first butterfly breeding facility in Mexico. The structure is 49 feet high and has nearly 38,000 sq. ft. of free flying space, the largest such facility in the world. This Pavilion features only regional species in their natural habitats and its caretakers work diligently with some 5,000 butterflies in an intensive breeding program for 20 endemic species. 

Xcaret is home to more than 24 species of tropical birds, most from Mexico’s southeast. Today—mostly due to poaching, the destruction of habitats and the black market—many of these animals are on the endangered species list. To date, we have successfully reproduced the Scarlet and Military Macaw, Yucatan Green Parrot, Lilac-Crowned Amazon, Yellow-Headed Parrot, and Flamingos. Flamingos, one of the most admired species at Xcaret, are beautiful pink birds that have found refuge here. You will be able to find this beauty throughout the Park: at the entrance, river exit, at the beach and also at the reproduction area.
On June 1st 2011, Xcaret was granted a Guinness World Record® for “most macaws born at a single location in one year”, the first of its kind granted to a Reproduction Program for endangered species

One of the main reasons to visit Xcaret is the presentation Xcaret Mexico Espectacular, an experience that will give you goosebumps. In the park you can also enjoy the Papantla Flyers ceremony, the Equestrian Show, or the pre-Hispanic Dances in the Mayan Village. Do not miss the Mexican Folk Art Museum, the "Bridge to Paradise" Mexican Cemetery, and the Hacienda Henequenera.

Visiting Xcaret Park is a must when you're staying in the Cancun - Riviera Maya region! There's so much to see and do and it's fun for all ages. Xcaret Park is just one of most popular attractions and tours but it's one not to miss!

I'm partial to Patron Silver but this cocktail can be enjoyed with any tequila. Fresh mangoes are great if in season, but don't let that stop you, frozen mango chunks work fine too!

This cocktail pairs perfectly with chips, pico de gallo and guac, so grab your snacks and your blender and get ready to spice up these chilly nights!

She's our behind the scene support, whether it be during client calls or creating wedding websites, planning your big day, arranging travel reservations, preparing invoices or sending travel documents she is always next to us (or stealing our chair).

She's an international traveler too! She's lived in Mexico! She's been to several resorts and all inclusives so she can recommend the best dog friendly ones! She's even been in a destination wedding herself as the ring dog and totally stole the show (apologies to her auntie Pannie). We create a complimentary evite for all of our couples. 
Our wedding couples provide us with their guests' email address, that we input into our mailing system. From there we send each guest the evite. 
This is an awesome system - we are able to monitor it and see if and when guests open and click the evite. We can also see who hasn't opened it so we can re-send it or advise the wedding couple that a guest of theirs hasn't opened the evite.

We create a complimentary wedding website for all of our couples.
The website contains all the need to know information about the couples' wedding - hotel amenities, accommodation options, flight info, costs, payment due dates, how to pay, how to contact us, and a booking form.
The booking form is super easy to use, simply fill out all the required fields with your information and click "book".
After submitting your booking form you'll receive an email with your confirmation and invoice from us within 2 business days - but typically get this to you the same day you book!
