We have secured a special wedding group rate through our travel agent Ryan of Wedding Butlers. We are looking forward to celebrating with all our loved ones and hope you can join us!

In the grey box below you'll find the room category options along with the nightly cost for the week of November 15-22, 2025. A minimum 3 night stay is required. Please reserve the best dates that work for you.

Once your reservation is paid in full you will receive your travel documents and hotel voucher that you will be required to present at check in approximately 28 days before travel.

What Is The Cancellation Policy

July 24, 2025 - August 26, 2025: If reservation is cancelled 40% of total trip is non refundable.
August 27, 2025 onward: Any cancellation will result in 100% loss of funds.
If the cancellation affects and/or changes the room occupancy, rates will apply based on the new occupancy.

Reservation Terms & Conditions

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM AND NOTIFY US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
Changes or cancellations may result in penalties or void tickets.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Please contact your agent for a quote.
It is the passenger's responsibility to have the appropriate and required documentations for identification and entry to all countries, airlines and hotels.

September 30, 2024: $100 USD per adult refundable deposit.
June 11, 2025: 40% of total stay.
August 14, 2025: Balance due.
It is the clients' responsibility to pay in full by the balance due date. If balance is not paid in the full, the supplier may cancel the reservation.

Changes
Any changes must be requested via email.
Only one name change allowed per reservation.
Name changes can be made prior to July 23, 2025 for free.
Name changes from July 24, 2025 - August 17, 2025 will be charged $100 per name change.
No name changes can be made after August 28, 2025. If hotel allows change to be made it will be $250 name change fee.
Any and all changes to length of stay must be made prior to final payment.
Any and all changes to occupancy must be made prior to final payment.
No room downgrades allowed after June 22, 2025.
If any reduction in nights is made after final payment those funds will be forfeited. Example changing from 7 nights to 5 nights.

Airlines
LWC TRAVEL GROUP LTD / dba Wedding Butlers CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary. If the passenger books their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date.

If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against LWC TRAVEL GROUP. In the event that payment has been made to LWC TRAVEL GROUP by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to LWC TRAVEL GROUP. If LWC TRAVEL GROUP incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.

If for any reason you make a charge back against the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP that you agreed to there will be a minimum $50 fee plus the amount of the charge back to be paid immediately. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.
