To be considered part of Maryam & Matt's Wedding Group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Moon Palace Cancun as part of the wedding group.

What documentation is required to travel
A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. Once your hotel reservation is paid in full you will receive a hotel voucher that you will be required to present at check in.

It is the passenger's responsibility to have the appropriate and required documentations for identification and entry to all countries, airlines and hotels.

It is the clients responsibility to pay in full by the balance due date. If balance is not paid in the full the supplier may cancel the reservation.

Name changes can be made prior to final payment for a $50 per person administration fee.
Name changes from 31-60 days prior to departure will be charged $250 CAD per name change.
No name changes 0-30 days prior to departure.
Any and all changes to length of stay must be made prior to final payment.
Any and all changes to occupancy must be made prior to final payment.
If any reduction in nights is made after final payment those funds will be forfeited. Example changing from 7 nights to 5 nights.
Cancellation charges will apply to passengers that can no longer travel.
