How To Book
Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to submit your reservation. Once submitted, your credit card will be processed for the deposit within 1-2 business days. Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive an email from Ryan including your reservation details and invoice.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM AND NOTIFY US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
Changes or cancellations may result in penalties or void reservation.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Please contact your agent for a quote.
It is the client's responsibility to have the appropriate and required documentations for identification and entry to all countries, airlines and hotels.
Payment Schedule:
March 2, 2022: $50 per adult non refundable deposit.
January 12, 2023: 50% of total stay.
April 13, 2023: Balance due.
Hotel
$50 USD non refundable deposit per adult.
It is the clients responsibility to pay in full by the balance due date. If balance is not paid in the full the supplier may cancel the reservation.
Changes
Any changes must be requested via email.
Name changes can be made for free prior to June 13, 2023.
No name changes after June 14, 2023.
Any and all changes to length of stay must be made prior to final payment.
Any and all changes to occupancy must be made prior to final payment.
If any reduction in nights is made April 14, 2023 onward those funds will be forfeited. Example changing from 7 nights to 5 nights.
Cancellation charges will apply to passengers that can no longer travel.
From booking date to January 12, 2023: Loss of $50 per adult deposit
January 13, 2023 - April 13, 2023: If reservation is cancelled 50% of total trip is non refundable.
April 14, 2023 onward: any cancellation will result in 100% loss of funds.
If the cancellation affects and/or changes the room occupancy, charges will apply based on the new occupancy.

LWC TRAVEL GROUP LTD / dba Wedding Butlers CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary.

LWC TRAVEL GROUP (hereinafter "Travel Agent" ) is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agent from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
