Frequently Asked Questions

What documentation is required to travel

A valid passport is required to enter the Dominican Republic. 
If anything is required for Covid-19 or any new documents are required Ryan will advise you.
Once your reservation is paid in full you will receive your travel documents and hotel voucher that you will be required to present at check in approximately 28 days before travel. ​

​what is the deposit amount and when is it due

A refundable deposit of $100 USD per adult is required to book your hotel room.
​The deposit is required by February 24, 2022.

When Is The Balance Due

February 24, 2022: $100 per adult refundable deposit.
November 10, 2022: 30% of total stay.
January 18, 2023: Balance due​.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS

​You are welcome to make payments by credit card anytime before the balance due date. 
​Please contact Wedding Butlers to apply a payment towards your reservation.

What Is The Cancellation Policy

​From booking date to January 2, 2023: 100 % Refundable.
January 3, 2023 - January 31, 2023: If reservation is cancelled 30% of total trip is non refundable.
February 1, 2023 - March 1, 2023: If reservation is cancelled 50% of total trip is non refundable.
​March 2, 2023 onward: any cancellation will result in 100% loss of funds.
​
​If the cancellation affects and/or changes the room occupancy, rates will apply based on the new occupancy.

How To Book

Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to submit your hotel reservation.  Once submitted, your credit card will be processed for the deposit within two days.  Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive an email from Wedding Butlers including your reservation details and invoice.

Reservation Terms & Conditions

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM AND NOTIFY US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
​Changes or cancellations may result in penalties or void tickets.
​Travel Insurance is highly recommended.  Please contact your agent for a quote.
​It is the passenger's responsibility to have the appropriate and required documentations for identification and entry to all countries, airlines and hotels.

Payment Schedule
February 24, 2022: $100 per adult refundable deposit.
November 10, 2022: 30% of total stay.
January 18, 2023: Balance due​.

Hotel
$100 USD refundable deposit per adult.
​It is the clients' responsibility to pay in full by the balance due date.  If balance is not paid in the full, the supplier may cancel the reservation.

​Changes
Any changes must be requested via email.
​Name changes can be made 45 days prior to check in for free. 
Name changes are not permitted 44 days prior to check in.  If permitted a $150 change fee will be incurred.
Any and all changes to length of stay must be made prior to final payment.
Any and all changes to occupancy must be made prior to final payment.
If any reduction in nights is made after final payment those funds will be forfeited. Example changing from 7 nights to 5 nights.

LWC TRAVEL GROUP LTD / dba Wedding Butlers CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary.  If the passenger books their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date.

​LWC TRAVEL GROUP (hereinafter "Travel Agent" ) is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agent from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
