Frequently Asked Questions
What documentation is required to travel
A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. Once your hotel reservation is paid in full you will receive a hotel voucher that you will be required to present at check in.

A non refundable deposit of $250 CAD per adult is required to book your hotel stay.

Our agent Ryan can assist you with flight reservations. You are also welcome to use any airline points or credits you may have or book your own flights.
How To Book
Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to submit your hotel reservation. Once submitted your credit card will be processed for the deposit within 2 business days. Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive an email from Ryan including your reservation details and invoice.

Name changes from September 20 - October 28, 2021 will be charged $250 CAD per name change.
