What documentation is required to travel
A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. You will receive a tourist card on your flight to present upon entry at customs.

What Is The Cancellation Policy
The hotel reservation is fully non refundable, non transferable following August 30, 2018.

If a cancellation affects another guests' occupancy, new rates may apply. Example: If two guests are sharing a room, and one guest cancels, the remaining guest qualifies for the single occupancy rate, instead of the double occupancy rate.

Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to submit your hotel reservation. Once submitted, your credit card will be processed for the deposit within two days. Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive an email from Wedding Butlers including your reservation details and invoice.

Changes or cancellations may result in penalties or void tickets.

It is the passenger's responsibility to have the appropriate and required documentations for identification and entry to all countries, airlines and hotels.

It is the clients' responsibility to pay in full by the balance due date. If balance is not paid in the full, the supplier may cancel the reservation.

Any changes must be requested via email.
