LWC TRAVEL GROUP LTD / dba Wedding Butlers CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary. If the passenger books their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date.
Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against LWC TRAVEL GROUP. In the event that payment has been made to LWC TRAVEL GROUP by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to LWC TRAVEL GROUP. If LWC TRAVEL GROUP incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.
If for any reason you make a charge back against the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP that you agreed to there will be a minimum $50 fee plus the amount of the charge back to be paid immediately.
