Reservation Terms & Conditions
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM AND NOTIFY US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
Changes or cancellations may result in penalties or void tickets.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Please contact your agent for a quote.
It is the passenger's responsibility to have the appropriate and required documentations for identification and entry to all countries, airlines and hotels.
Hotel
March 26, 2025: $100 USD per adult refundable deposit.
November 26, 2025: 40% of total stay.
February 25, 2026: Balance due.
It is the clients responsibility to pay in full by the balance due date. If balance is not paid in the full the supplier may cancel the reservation.
3 night minimum stay required.
Changes
Any changes must be requested via email.
Name changes can be made prior to January 2, 2026 for free.
Name changes from January 3, 2026- March 1, 2026 will be charged $150 per name change.
No name changes can be made after March 2, 2026.
Any and all changes to length of stay must be made prior to final payment.
Any and all changes to occupancy must be made prior to final payment.
No room downgrades allowed after November 26, 2025.
If any changes are made/accepted by the hotel after final payment new pricing, terms, fees will apply.
If any reduction in nights is made after final payment those funds will be forfeited. Example changing from 7 nights to 5 nights.
Cancellation charges will apply to passengers that can no longer travel.
From booking date to January 2, 2026: 100 % Refundable.
January 3, 2026 - February 1, 2026: If reservation is cancelled 20% of total trip is non refundable.
February 2, 2026 - March 1, 2026: If reservation is cancelled 40% of total trip is non refundable.
March 2, 2026 onward: Any cancellation will result in 100% loss of funds.
If the cancellation affects and/or changes the room occupancy, charges will apply based on the new occupancy.
Airlines
LWC TRAVEL GROUP LTD / dba Wedding Butlers CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary. If the passenger books their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date.
Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against LWC TRAVEL GROUP. In the event that payment has been made to LWC TRAVEL GROUP by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to LWC TRAVEL GROUP. If LWC TRAVEL GROUP incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.
If for any reason you make a charge back against the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP that you agreed to there will be a minimum $50 fee plus the amount of the charge back to be paid immediately. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.

LWC TRAVEL GROUP (hereinafter "Travel Agent" ) is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agent from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
