Travel Group and all similar events outside our control.
Group Modifications/rebooking Policy
Any group modifications/rebooking made to the entire group after the group deposit has been made will result in new prices/terms/promotions.
All group modifications/rebooking are based on availability and current rates and are subject to approval by the resort and the supplier.
This includes but is not limited to changing travel dates, price matching the entire group and changing properties.
Group Modifications/rebooking are not allowed after November 14th, 2025.
Price Match Policy
Member rates, advanced payment/non-refundable rates and most promotional rates found online do not apply to groups. A whole group price match is considered a whole group rebooking and is subject to new/current prices/promotions. All price match requests are subject to approval by the resort and
the supplier. Individual rooms requesting a price match do not count towards the room block or amenities and are booked outside the Room Block if approved. LWC Travel Group/Wedding Butlers is not responsible for loss of Group Promotions/amenities resulting in price matches.
Airlines
LWC TRAVEL GROUP LTD / dba Wedding Butlers CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary. If the passenger books their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date.
Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against LWC TRAVEL GROUP. In the event that payment has been made to LWC TRAVEL GROUP by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to LWC TRAVEL GROUP. If LWC TRAVEL GROUP incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.
If for any reason you make a charge back against the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP that you agreed to there will be a minimum $50 fee plus the amount of the charge back to be paid immediately. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.
Disclosure Notice
LWC TRAVEL GROUP (hereinafter "Travel Agent" ) is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agent from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

the supplier. Individual rooms requesting a price match do not count towards the room block or amenities and are booked outside the Room Block if approved. LWC Travel Group/Wedding Butlers is not responsible for loss of Group Promotions/amenities resulting in price matches.
Airlines
LWC TRAVEL GROUP LTD / dba Wedding Butlers CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary. If the passenger books their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date.
Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against LWC TRAVEL GROUP. In the event that payment has been made to LWC TRAVEL GROUP by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to LWC TRAVEL GROUP. If LWC TRAVEL GROUP incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.
If for any reason you make a charge back against the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP that you agreed to there will be a minimum $50 fee plus the amount of the charge back to be paid immediately. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to the provider and/or LWC TRAVEL GROUP via money order or cash immediately.
Disclosure Notice
LWC TRAVEL GROUP (hereinafter "Travel Agent" ) is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agent from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
